All deliveries are made via Australia Post as a tracked parcel.
This is to ensure we have insurance for your parcel and to be able to track it until it arrives to you.
We aim to have parcels packed and shipped within 24hours whenever we can.
Standard Shipping is $12AUD and is expected to be delivered within 3-6 business days.
Express Shipping is also available for $15AUD which has an expected delivery within 1-3 business days.
Standard international shipping is $30AUD and has an expected delivery of 6+ business days.
Express international shipping is $45AUD and has a expected delivery of 2-4 business days.
Free standard Shipping is available for all Australian orders over $180.
Free express shipping is available for all Australian orders over $250

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Here at Monlouise, we want you to be really happy with purchase.
Of course if something isn't quite right for you, we accept returns made within 30 days.
Returned items must be in 'as new' condition and in their original packaging. Please send an email to if you wish to return an item and we will help to sort it.
Please note: We do not cover the return delivery costs. Please make sure items are well packed; we cannot refund items that are damaged on their return journey to us. We recommend you get a proof of postage receipt and tracking at the post office as we cannot refund returned items that fail to arrive back with us.
If the items you are returning cost more than $100 we recommend you use a tracked delivery service with insurance to the value of the item(s) you are returning.
PLEASE NOTE: Sale items are non-returnable, unless faulty.
