DELIVERY

Currently we are only delivering orders within Australia. All deliveries are made via Australia Post as a tracked parcel. This is to ensure we have insurance for your parcel and to be able to track it until it arrives to you. 

We aim to have parcels packed, shipped and delivered within 5 business days. 

Currently we do not offer express shipping.

*PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid-19 restrictions there may be some delays with your order. We are working as quickly as we can, but unfortunately this is out of our control. All orders are posted promptly from Monlouise HQ. Thank you for bearing with us!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Here at Monlouise, we want you to be really happy with purchase. Of course if something isn't quite right for you, we accept returns made within 14 days for a full refund less the original delivery costs. Returned items must be in 'as new' condition and in their original packaging. Please send an email to info@monlouise.com.au if you wish to return an item and we will help to sort it. Please note: We do not cover the return delivery costs. Please make sure items are well packed; we cannot refund items that are damaged on their return journey to us. We recommend you get a proof of postage receipt at the post office as we cannot refund returned items that fail to arrive back with us. 

If the items you are returning cost more than $100 we recommend you use a tracked delivery service with insurance to the value of the item(s) you are returning. If you have any questions about how to return an item, please contact us at info@monlouise.com.au
